Enable AI is the first-of-its-kind Artificial Intelligence summit in the Durham Region.

Presented by Durham College's AI Hub, this year's virtual event will feature workshops and keynotes demonstrating how AI has supported companies across Canada as they navigate the new normal.

Topics will cover Automotive Engineering, Telemedicine, FinTech and Blockchain.

PANEL SESSIONS:

• Predicting User Behaviour - When it comes to predictions and forecasts, context is everything. Human behaviour is influenced by multiple factors and predicting behaviour patterns accurately can be a challenge. How have companies worked with Durham College to use AI for predictions?

• Expert Systems for Improving Learning Outcomes - How do machines make recommendations and determine the best solution going forward? Join us as we review some of our work at Durham College and understand how expert systems can be used to improve learning outcomes.

• Natural Language Processing in Healthcare - From delivering customized care to dispatching medications, AI is using human language to automate Healthcare. But how can such models be trained to factor the complexity of language. Join us for some lessons from Durham College long-time clients ConnexHealth and Health Espresso to learn more.

• Touchless Authentication and Vision Models - How has AI been used to support the delivery of services in a safe manner? Join our student team Durham College and Precise ParkLink in learning how computer visioning technologies have been deployed in the new normal.
